Team 1 decided to visit 2 poor families in Puchong & Gombak Setia. The journey was tedious thanks to the rain, but the moment we've reached our destination, it was worth it.
Family 1: Puchong
Their family was living in an atap house, where the elderly couple had 3 kids - 1 OKU, 1 in Tanjung Rambutan and their bread winner son (a delivery boy) got into an accident and is not able to provide income for some time. They are now living on the elderly couple picking up recyclable material :( To help out wiht their daily supplies, please contact Said Bin Yom (016 913 4702) @ 5522, Lorong 10, Kampung Baru Seri, Puchong.

Family 2: Gombak Setia
A single mother with a daughter and a grand daughter. Due to her commitment to take care of the kids, she can only work as housekeeping for RM400 a month. When we arrived at her home, she had no electricity and it has gone by for 2 months! Also her rent has not been paid for one year (RM1k) :( If anyone can help with rent, please do!!
